Use of the website and, in particular, completion of any of the forms available on it, confers the status of user of the website (hereinafter, the «User») and expresses the User's full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms in the version published by Bonsáis la Perla at the time the User accesses the website.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping costs for the 48-hour service are €6. With this service, for orders over €59, shipping is free. There is also an URGENT 24-hour service at a cost of €12. For orders to the Balearic Islands, shipping costs €18. For orders to Germany, Italy, France and the Netherlands, shipping costs €70. Orders to Portugal will cost the same as to mainland Spain.
SHIPPING
The products offered on the website will be shipped through the automatic ordering process only to Spain and the following European countries: Germany, Italy, France, the Netherlands and Portugal. No shipments will be made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
SHIPPING AND COSTS:
1.- Each shipment will have additional costs depending on the transport service, and we will send it through our contracted agencies.
2.- Shipping to the Balearic Islands will cost differently from shipping to the mainland.
3.- International shipments, PLEASE ENQUIRE.
4.- Orders will be dispatched before 10:00 on the day following processing (not counting Saturdays and public holidays), provided that payment is made before 12:00.
5.- Transit time for the goods will be 24 to 48 hours (not counting Saturdays and public holidays), depending on the priority level of the transport agency.
6.- No shipments are made on Thursdays and Fridays, so orders pending processing will be dispatched on the first working day.
