The Right of Withdrawal will not apply, according to Article 103 of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, which establishes that the Right of Withdrawal does not apply to: goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly. Bonsai are living beings and fall into this category. The Right of Withdrawal also does not apply when the bonsai has been worked specifically for the buyer, as it could be considered customised. Nor does it apply if the customer changes their mind, except for an original defect.
